Large Group Sessions
Private group training is available mornings and evenings throughout the week. These sessions are aimed to target overall total body fat, promote weight loss, and lean muscle gain.
Maximum Class Capacity: 16
Small Group Personal Training Sessions
These sessions are smaller groups of not more than six people with individual workouts planned for each participant. This is a more affordable option compared to 1-on-1 personal training sessions.

1-On-1 Sessions
1-on-1 personal training sessions are available at times. You’d first need to book a consultation with a trainer. We have three expert trainers on staff to lead you to your specific goals.
